The American missionaries come in on Wednesday and the Africans come on Thursday. On Friday morning the teachers do a "role play" for them. The Role Play shows Chris alone in his home talking on the phone. Like a fly on the wall...we all learn of the real life problems that face Chris, such as just losing his job, his father dying and his girl friend leaving him. The missionaries that are to teach Chris are not privy to this phone call and are then brought in to teach Chris. Those in the audience can start to learn that the need to understand the investigator and teach to his needs will really aid in teaching the gospel.
