Yvonne, Gertrude, and Elizabeth get the rooms ready for each new group and keep the MTC clean. They sang to the elders when they came in on Thursday.

These ladies walk 30 min.every morning to get to the train and then ride for 1 1/2 hrs. and then walk another 30 minutes to get here to work. Just going to and from here everyday takes them 5 hrs.! Gertrude, the one in the middle, had a birthday the other day. I bought her a cake and we celebrated and sang to her. When I said, "okay, Gertrude, make a wish," she said out loud, "I wish to be here with all of you forever."
