Most of the African Missionaries have not received their endowments when they come to the MTC. Last time there were ten.

The Elder on the front row on the far right, Elder Kanyembo, had lost both of his parents. (Not unusual in Africa). We did the work for them, stood in proxy and had his parents sealed to each other, and then Elder Kanyembo was sealed to them. The missionaries always say going to the Temple is one of the highlights of coming to the MTC. They feel such peace there and feel the Spirit so strongly. It will be a long, long time before the African Elders will be able to go again.
